We\u2019re pulling for a whole number, Lindsey! So far he is most moved by the <em>Magnificat<\/em> by Cynthia MacDonald that we\u2019re learning for December\u2019s concert.<\/p>\n<p>A native of Great Britain, Lindsey grew up<a href=\"http:\/\/www.longbeachchorale.org\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/11\/Pilgrims-royals-with-my-friend-Bob-Foes.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright size-thumbnail wp-image-174\" title=\"Lindsey3\" src=\"http:\/\/www.longbeachchorale.org\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/11\/Pilgrims-royals-with-my-friend-Bob-Foes-150x150.jpg\" alt=\"Lindsey on the Pilgrim\" width=\"150\" height=\"150\" \/><\/a> singing in his grammar school chorale and church choir. These days he spends much of his free time on boats, volunteering on the brig Pilgrim in Dana Point as a crew leader and their training master and most appropriately, singing sea shanties.<\/p>\n<p>As a forensic engineer, and avowed seaman, Lindsey is called in to put his skills to work as a knot analyst in helping to solve crimes where knots were used. He has also been a consultant to Dr. Phil and Dr. Drew for their TV shows. How fascinating is that?
